The Election

Michelle Malkin has the words out of the hackers mouth. Another yahoo who thinks everyone thinks like him/or her.

Rich Galen notes that McCain is working to win the election, not please the press. His main point is that with the big distraction that is Obama reporters never noticed that not everyone thinks like they do.

Jim Treacher notes the shutting down of dissent directly from the Obama camp. Ah yes, those who think Bush is going to secretly disappear them in the dead of night for saying an unkind word about him are now not allowing others to speak their piece.

Joe Biden, gaffe machine, seems to think that Patriotism can be legislated. “Pay higher taxes, it’s patriotic.” How about “donate your dollars oh Streisand fans to the government and get an understanding of the patriotism that comes with freedom.” Sheesh.

And finally, on what planet does this make sense?

The differences between Barack Obama and John McCain couldn’t be more well-defined. Obama wants to change Washington. McCain is a part of Washington and a part of the Bush legacy. Yet the polls remain close. Doesn’t make sense…unless it’s race.

1. There are HUGE and CLEAR differences between the two candidates.
2. But the ONLY one that counts is the color of their skin.

Currently the race is very close. How does that make things racist? This country has been very close in a lot of the elections. The “Bush Legacy” polls better than Congress which is Democrat. So logically shouldn’t the Bush people be winning vs the D people?

I have to admit I vote based on my guts. Obama didn’t seem that bad (until I’ve gotten to know him) and having a black man in the White House sounded like a good thing for the country. However – being called a racist at every turn because I’ve switched sides after actually learning about the man just ticks me off. That’s right Obamaites. Go ahead and insult the American voter. That’s gonna help you. Idiots.

  1. I agree. Apparently we should vote for ANY black person just because they are black. I would have voted for Condi or Colin Powell in a heartbeat over Obama. And, that wouldn’t have had anything to do with their skin, either???!!! Dems couldn’t believe THAT.
