Quote of the Day

By Charles Krauthammer on Barack Obama and his “Seasonal Principles”. His quote is concerning a word used when someone asked about Obama’s previous stance on the constitutionality of DC’s gun ban.

“……a first entry in the Obamaworld dictionary — “Inartful: clear and straightforward, lacking the artistry that allows subsequent self-refutation and denial.”

I’m not sure which of Obama’s statements about abortion are “inartful”, but one of them must be as he now believes late term abortion should not be allowed due to the mental health of the mother, yet he believes post birth abortion is fine.

David N. O’Steen, the executive director of National Right to Life, said Obama’s remarks to the magazine “are either quite disingenuous or they reflect that Obama does not know what he is talking about.”
“You cannot believe that abortion should not be allowed for mental health reasons and support Roe v Wade,” O’Steen said.

Inartful. I like it.

  1. Post Birth Abortion – what the hell is that? Is there a time limit before it is call homicide? If so, what is the limit, a week, amonth, a year or maybe 10 years, about the time we decide the child is inconvienent. How does PBA have anything to do with the right of a woman to have control over her own body. NOW I’ve heard it all.
